Our Nylon Braided CPE Hose features a comprehensive set of specifications and benefits. Measuring 3 meters (10 feet) in length and with an AN4 size, the inner hose is made of CPE synthetic rubber, the middle layer is a 304 stainless steel wire mesh sleeve, and the outer layer is a high-quality nylon braid. This construction allows for a Maximum Working Pressure of 350 psi and a Bursting Pressure of 1400 psi, with an operating temperature range of -104°F to +302°F (-40°C to +150°C).

The hose's inner diameter measures 5.56mm (0.22 inch), while the outer diameter is 11.17mm (0.44 inch), providing a versatile and compatible solution. This fuel line is suitable for a wide range of applications, including Brake Lines, Clutch Lines, Fuel Systems, Turbo oil feed Hose, Coolant Systems, Oil Pressure Systems, Gauge lines, and Power Steering. It is compatible with Brake Fluids, Unleaded Petrol, Methanol, Water, and Oil, making it an ideal choice for use with Unleaded fuel.

For a smooth and hassle-free installation, we recommend following these steps: 1) Wrap masking tape over the area to be cut to ensure a clean cut and prevent the braid from unraveling; 2) Clean cut the hose and remove any debris; 3) Clamp the fitting socket into a vise and insert the hose into the socket; 4) Apply lube to the connector; 5) Start hand-threading the socket down onto the fitting, being careful not to strip the threads; and 6) Once the hose is over the nipple, tighten using an adjustable wrench.
